How Falakhe Funeral Parlour looks after the information you give us on this website.
What we collect
When you send a form we keep what you tell us: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, and your message. A funeral request may also include details of the person who passed away. When you apply for a plan, we also collect the details needed for the policy, such as dates of birth and identity numbers of the people covered.
Why we collect it
To call you back, prepare your quote, arrange a funeral, set up and manage your policy, and take your payments. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Your requests and policy details are kept in POL263, the system Falakhe Funeral Parlour uses to manage policies and payments. Policies are underwritten by Econet Life, who receive what they need to provide your cover. Our staff are told about new requests by SMS and email. Payment providers receive what they need to take a payment.
Keeping your information safe
The website only sends information over secure connections. Staff sign in to see requests, and every change they make is recorded. We use a check from Cloudflare to stop robots sending forms; it does not track you around other websites.
Cookies
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing in to My policy or to the staff area uses a cookie to keep you signed in.
